oh, that'll warn you if your allocated ram is less than required for b/w. usually safe to ignore with a default I2P+ config.

failed leasesets will automatically get dropped. or you can restart the http client proxy tunnel. that'll clear the leasesets.

dr|z3d I believe so. I keep seeing that bandwidth limits message and then most of my tunnels would starve out. Webpages stopped loading. I increased my share ratio to 10% and let it just run, and it seems to be functioning correctly.
