yeah we're going to remove it and also two others if eyedeekay can't fix them in 4 days
eyedeekay
The latest reseed software release fixes all of it, just got to get everybody on it
zzz
thanks eyedeekay let us know when cubic and cowpat are back, and let's decide on Friday what to do
dr|z3d
I've nuked the .in host, I don't think it's coming back in a hurry.
zzz
yeah I sent email, no response
dr|z3d
on other news, probably of zero interest to you, I shaved 5s off my build times by running my js compression tasks in parallel.
dr|z3d
*in
dr|z3d
what might be of interest, however, is the method.. using forEach (requires ant-contrib) with the parallel="true" argument gets you there.
dr|z3d
I tried running various sub-tasks in parallel, builddep, builddepsmall, but despite running in parallel, they actually increase the build time.. probably contention somewhere.
zzz
save the planet 5 seconds at a time
dr|z3d
LOL
dr|z3d
that's a sizeable chunk!
dr|z3d
cached build files, ant updater now returns a build time of 5s.
dr|z3d
without cache, 12s.
dr|z3d
I remember many moons ago when builds would take a minute or more.
eyedeekay
on my old 4GB c720 it was fully 95-100 seconds
dr|z3d
those were the days!
