speaking of geoip, this updated script does a few pre/post download checks, runs from the installer/ folder, and pulls the update over the outproxy: git.skank.i2p/i2pplus/I2P.Plus/src/branch/master/installer/resources/makegeoip.sh

When I checked the hash of the downloaded I2P file( I2P-Easy-Install-Bundle-2.9.0.exe), it differed from the official value.
