RTP Such a strange problem I'm dealng with IMO. Each time I change version of I2P+, the blog loads remotely (it always loads cleaning locally from server itself). Then something happens. Each time I change version / upgrade to different version, blog becomes available again. I haven't changed anything, outside removing entirely the 180 sec time randomization - replaced with time sync.
RTP What's weird is each time I install a different I2P+, it initially works. And I2P+ itself always works, consistently for browsing, so nothing gave away that it was blog specific until hearing it was down earlier today.
RTP Going to make sure nothing odd happening on the LAN router. As uPnP enabled / logging as working.. Just so perplexing ATM. Just seems odd it works anytime I change versions for first hour or more.
RTP Since browsing works on both blog server, and loads it locally without fail each time... but only seems to load remotely after initial install - over the last day or so. I've been trying other stuff as well, but strange to see browsing work so well from blog server, while blog only seems to load after initial I2P version changes.
dr|z3d what build are you running there, RTP?
dr|z3d check the revision on /info
waffles im rebooting for updoot cya guys in a bit
dr|z3d also, review /logs and see if there's anything amiss.
RTP ah now it loaded again. Not sure why it comes and goes... but I'm still looking into it.
dr|z3d logs, revision?
dr|z3d new build being uploaded...
dr|z3d Blinded message
RTP cool thanks will give it a shot soon as done cooking dinner. Revision 74f82915 Build date 2026-02-02 ATM
dr|z3d ok. you can review recent changes here as soon as they're pushed: github.com/I2PPlus/i2pplus/commits/master
RTP Ah thank you, will bookmark that for reference
dr|z3d taming the job queue right now, not sure it's related to your issue.
dr|z3d (it might be, then again...)
RTP always worth a shot, thank you
dr|z3d always review /logs and see if there's anything indicated. global log level at WARN on /configlogging is noisy, but it might throw up some issues worth reporting/investigating.
dr|z3d bon appetito.
RTP-eating will be looking deeper at logs as well, was confused why browsing worked but the hosting on same router had issue - but maybe I can gain a clue some in logs.
dr|z3d make sure you're regularly syncing the clock on the router.. every 15m isn't excessive for a drifting clock.
dr|z3d if clock skew value in sidebar is red, you haz serious problems.
dr|z3d RTP: site's working from here.
dr|z3d also, standby mode...
dr|z3d that's running, waiting for a connection to the port to build tunnels.
dr|z3d note the orange star.. different to starting (yellow).
dr|z3d saves resources... you don't build tunnels until you need to.
dr|z3d (configurable for all client tunnels)
RTP Ah, okay, thank you! I thought that's probably what it meant, but also had seen it green and was wondering if anything was different - but I'm always on IRC, so didn't put 2 and 2 together! Thanks
