I've actually been having a LOT of trouble building tunnels last couple weeks - to the point only got I2P built and all else "shutting down"

actually didn't verify that it was 429, i checked it on 7662 and saw 0 peer connections, and several server tunnels were yellow so i just shut it down

yeah, try the latest build, too, cumlord, more stuff fixed. it was getting a bit excited pumping ntcp packets in the previous build.

ordinarily you'd expect it to pump at around 200 loops per second. Seemed fine here when I restarted, then I came back hours later and it was hitting 1/2 a million. :)

things of note in the latest build: storage of routerinfos to disk -> fixed. sidebar refresh resumption on restart -> fixed. routerinfos page and various other "heavy" pages optimized for faster rendering. and routerinfos stored on disk now reported in sidebar under peers -> known.
