ok, so that issue with http .onion addresses returning an outproxy not found error also extends to *any* http addresses that don't resolve. outproxy not found is not very helpful.

the bug is once you draw vertical text it doesn't get reset back to horizontal

ok, well it's a good bug to fix regardless. I've though about labels for the Y axis and figured probably not required, title / context / legend text is sufficient, and it would just add more clutter.

the main thrust of the code is to add another layer of protection for outproxies.
