mildseven: toggle in the main view on global tunnels header, or the preview button (eye).

that is, assuming the tunnel is started.

toggle view should always show b32, preview button will only display when the tunnel is started.

if the server has a hostname.i2p or is named hostname.i2p, you'll also see an addresshelper icon for servers on the tunnel manager index page (in the latest dev builds).
