copy docs/themes/console/dark/override_Sora.css to console and webapp theme dir, rename to override.css and you have new fonts.

IRC glitches do happen occasionally. not sure why. probably irc server issue.

the latest I2P+ dev build relaxes the part tunnel throttler a little, so you should see slightly more b/w and part tunnels.
