dr|z3d: I finded bug in I2PSnark standalone. I2PSnark accept parameters via command line at start moment like a "./launch 127.0.0.1 4040" and display it like a "Web interface at 127.0.0.1:4040/", but it's not works. Real bind address takes from jetty.xml. Also if in jetty.xml non-default settings, I2PSnark displays at start "Web interface at 127.0.0.1:8002/".

I think this bug have sources in I2P Java router because I2PSnark not planed as standalone app, but now we have what we have)

acetone: I'm not sure i2psnark is meant to be launched with arguments.
dr|z3d
and you're right, the port is defined in jetty.xml
