there's an i2p connection apparently, because someone put up some leaked trump documents (?) on i2p. otherwise, I'm not following along much.

1) David Dagon used to do research on i2p and worked with us, and attended and presented at i2pcon in Toronto

2) the Alfa Bank research (possibly Dagon's?) was posted on a new eepsite, then discovered via an inproxy shortly after, right when this was all going down Sept. 2016

and that stirred up more rumors and conspiracy theories

the eepsite was put up by somebody named "Tea Leaves" who was later revealed to be April Lorenzen, I think another DNS researcher

all of this may be why all the i2p research at Georgia Tech stopped and Dagon seemed to vanish; later we discovered that the research transitioned to SUNY Stony Brook and Phong
