Sorry RN I was doing something else and my bouncer is down. So anything more than about 3 minutes is really abnormal, I usually see peers within about 30 seconds and am on IRC in 45-60 seconds. Even on airplanes 3 minutes is a long time. 80 is like, bonkers. I'm guessing maybe something in how it backs-off when it gets rate-limited by reseeds? But I'm not sure how you'd be getting rate-limited, except
