they see significant difference in rtt from router in nigeria compared to us/russa/germany where not significant, maybe the luvia model is seeing some of this grouping as a result of geographic factors

Im noticing theres a lot of reliance on Pack200 which isnt used anymore, Im using java 25. I have added an extra jvm arg to handle the reflect across modules issue that is new in java 25. Is this something worth pursuing? I can do this work over the next few weeks and commit it to a personal java 25 fork. Eventually this work will need to be done

I dont mind spending time getting that sorted out and getting a java 25 branch set up in my fork if you guys think you can use it later down the line
