so I went to the confgig bandwitdh page, and clicked the link to re-run the bw test and it wouldn't go

if I go to /welcome instead and click through the other settings then it runs the bw test when I click next to run it

haven't retried as the test is running... but I think I ran into this before (probably on previous version) so I figured I mention it

bunch of stuff pushed into reseed-tools today, cleanup/refactor, like 70 unit tests, reduced service setup complexity, better logging. Mostly things I don't expect to change the day-to-day usage but which should help understand when things get weird

Still not too sure about the IPv6 stuff right now but this will either fix it or show me what's going on if it's indeed in reseed-tools and not in nginx or something
