form buttons appear to be working now.. the issue was that we do an ajax refresh rather than a full page load for for submit, so the nonces need to be updated on the buttons.

well i opened up the i2p port because i heard that could be a good idea and could be better then upnp but then i noticed it was taking long for participating tunnels to connect and there were much less of them compared to upnp

i also disabled upnp after doing that because the i2p wiki recommended that

so turn upnp back on. having port open is a separate thing and does help if you did it right.
