the thinking being, you might want to delete hosts you created yourself, or just delete hosts that are stale, separate from wanting to blacklist a host.

sure, I just added a button to the bottom of the forms, didn't think too hard about it. Delete Selected / Blacklist Selected. With a separate Blacklist config page similar to configs for manual additions
