e.g. router.tunnel.slowThreshold=1000 router.tunnel.slowThresholdMin=2 will remove all tunnels with >1000ms latency from all local pools, keeping at least 2 tunnels (inbound and outbound) per pool.

Hi NotBob, your yearly SVG graphs have a little bit fucked up moth names. Or something. For example notbob.i2p/pinger/notbob.i2p.yearly.svg there is jan-feb-apr-mar. I think that mar should be before apr. Also there is jun-jul-aug-sep-nov-dec. Where OCT buddy?

new builds up on skank, dev/release, with slow tunnel removal now working as intended on /tunnels

new defaults: anything slower than your lowest latency tunnel or 1s, whichever is higher, will be removed if you have > configured tunnels in your pool.

you can see it in action on /tunnels .. after 90s uptime, you'll see tunnels being removed from pools.
