T3s|4 uop23ip: ^right, if snark runs into OOM, your i2p router is also likely also down/gone. What DRAM value do you have currently set for `wrapper.java.maxmemory=` in ~/i2p/wrapper.config which causes snark to run into OOM?
T3s|4 lols - ignore that ^ second 'also' ;p
uop23ip I only got an oom a long long long time ago for my router, which resulted in plain process killing. Iirc only one time this happened. atm it got 256m for a U router with included snark. Works fine no crash and gets near max sometimes, but keeps in range. So i thought there could be an adjustment function which triggers if it gets near its max. No clue ofc. Lately i tested how low i can get for the snark+
uop23ip standalone, never crashed so far, even with 64-96m (ofc not 1k torrents, just 20-40 tested). With 200-300 torrents 128m seems enough. Normal usage mostly seeding and some uploading, didn't test all 300 at once up/down-loading, guess mem usage is different then. so far - no crash, that's why ask whatif. T3s|4
T3s|4 uop23ip: good stuff, but no desire to deploy standalone snark here. If you can reproduce the corner cases, perhaps dr|z3d can take a deeper dive
dr|z3d it's all about memory allocated to the jvm. if snark runs out of memory, allocate more.
