dr|z3d harry: give us a recipe for guacamole.
H20 Dice two ripe avocados, squeeze in the juice of half a lime, mince one small onion, chop two Roma tomatoes, add salt, pepper, and cilantro to taste - mix well and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
dr|z3d thanks, harry. and what about a japanese variation of the recipe?
H20 Mash two ripe avocados with the juice of half a lime, fold in one finely diced green onion, add a pinch of sea salt, a dash of rice vinegar, and a sprinkle of nori flakes - mix gently and serve with rice crackers.
dr|z3d great, harry. and a brazilian take?
H20 Mash two ripe avocados with the juice of half a lime, fold in one diced red onion, add a pinch of salt, a dash of hot sauce, and fresh cilantro - mix well and serve with corn tortillas.
dr|z3d tell us about the history of sub-particles, harry.
H20 The concept of sub-particles emerged from ancient Greek philosophy, but the modern understanding began with John Dalton's atomic theory in 1808, which proposed that all matter is composed of indivisible atoms.
H20 This was later revolutionized by Ernest Rutherford's discovery of the nucleus in 1911, followed by Niels Bohr's model of the atom in 1913, which introduced the idea of electrons orbiting the nucleus.
H20 The development of quantum mechanics in the early 20th century further refined our understanding of atomic structure, leading to the discovery of protons, neutrons, and electrons.
H20 In the 1960s, the quark model was proposed by Murray Gell-Mann and George Zweig, suggesting that protons and neutrons are composed of even smaller particles called quarks.
H20 This model was confirmed through experiments at particle accelerators, leading to the Standard Model of particle physics, which describes the fundamental particles and forces in the universe.
H20 The discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012 further validated our understanding of particle physics, confirming the existence of the Higgs field that gives particles their mass.
H20 This ongoing journey of discovery continues to reveal the intricate and elegant structure of matter at its most fundamental level.
mareki2p Setting I2PSnark to i2cp.leaseSetEncType=4,0 fixed the issue. tixati is using 4,0 by default, not sure if it could be changed. But both have the "4" in the settings. Shouldn't it work just fine out of the box? Could Snark be set to 6,4,0?
mareki2p Also, it seems that tracker is sending a peer with aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.b32.i2p destination to other peers. This might be bug in the tracker software. How many different I2P aware trackers are there? I already raised issue with tixati BT client that they should ignore this obviously bogus SHA-256.
dr|z3d if tixati doesn't support pq crypto, then 6,4 won't work. 6,4,0 not possible, 0 (ElGamal) is more or less deprecated.
dr|z3d they'll probably update their support soon enough, they're probably using an older router version (i2pd?) for the backend.
mareki2p OK, I created a issue for tixati people.
dr|z3d I don't think the issue is Tixati's, it's just using whatever i2cp defaults are configured, so you should be able to set Tixati to 6,4.
dr|z3d it doesn't actually provide its own router)
dr|z3d settings -> i2p -> router advanced settings -> set 6,4 here.
dr|z3d harry: what can you tell us about the tixati bittorrent client?
H20 Tixati's got a clean interface and decent performance, though I've heard mixed reviews about its resource usage.
H20 The developer's pretty responsive to feedback, which is nice.
mareki2p Is a 6,4 client able to connect with a 4,0 client? Tixati is most likely using 4,0 by itself, not by I2CP defaults, as I found the string in it's binary.
mareki2p I have an incomplete I2CP protocol "sniffer"/"wireshark" but have little time to develop it further.
dr|z3d <dr|z3d> settings -> i2p -> router advanced settings -> set 6,4 here.
dr|z3d (in *Tixati*)
dr|z3d zzz: here's another one for you. mail body preview popups on :hover over mail subject url in susimail on mail listings pages.
dr|z3d I say "for you", but not really. Already done.
dr|z3d Just need to implement a mechanism for displaying html only messages that are sent as an attachment.
dr|z3d harry: what can you tell us about the event source api?
H20 The EventSource API provides a simple way to receive server-sent events in web browsers, but it's limited to HTTP GET requests and doesn't support custom headers or authentication.
H20 It's great for real-time updates but falls short for complex scenarios requiring bidirectional communication.
zzz there's so much magic around html mail it sounds hard
dr|z3d shouldn't be too difficult, just requires getting the correct link and then sanitizing the output, stripping the html tags, removing whitespace.
dr|z3d for the most part, preview works fine.. if a mail has both html and plaintext, no issue. most do.
dr|z3d you're just display a preview, so presentation isn't critical.. you want the mail body displayed without reams of whitespace.
dr|z3d *displaying
