meant for zzzot, should be somewhere around 20k peers, it trip a rate limit and get stuck forever around 3k

raised the limits a couple times and needed to roll back the update, several other server tunnels would fail like that

price of progress, servers are all on -5 for now, "personal use" ones are still on dev though

what I can tell you about the current build is that it took about 5 minutes of uptime to get near 1MB/s. but that could just be transient network conditions.

in a bit of good news: 10:06:12 -- | irc: disconnected from server, back on-line at 10:07:49. Used to take only 10-15 seconds for auto-reconnect, but far better than on 11+

latest disconnect / auto-reconnect was only 14 s, within normal / expected range :)
