if you hover over the 'file location' header on /routerlogs you'll expose an interval input that will allow you to configure the refresh interval.

Setup on i2p+ should look something like: 127.0.0.1:(routerport)/configclients -> turn on SAM bridge -> qbt settings -> under "Connection" enable i2p support on the host and port that your SAM bridge runs on -> under "Bittorrent" disable DHT, PeX and Local Peer Discovery; enable anonymous mode -> under "Advanced" bind network interface and ip address to local host to prevent
