dr|z3d as I mentioned earlier, the browser bundle isn't really recommended for +, and several users have reported it not working correctly. if it's running in incognito mode, that will prevent some of the js from running.

dr|z3d eyedeekay is the author(ity) on the browser bundle. I have a vague feeling that the browser itself launches i2p, and when you close the browser, i2p will stop.

dr|z3d personally I'd install librewolf, uninstall the browser bundle, remove any profile data, then install java and then install + using the standard installer.
