it's not intentional, but syncing a ton of repos with github causes some sort of deadlock; should resolve in a few minutes as zzz mentioned.

Re: gitea now that release is over I'm going to move out of the spot-deadlock-clean-restart loop that's been holding it up and fix the underlying problem in earnest, I'll announce when that downtime happens, probably will be this weekend
