more performance improvements for /logs in the latest + dev build.

we're now refreshing off the main thread and handling the UI updates more efficiently.

your cpu will barely notice the refresh events, even if you bump the interval down to 1s.

should be broadly the same deal for sidebar refresh, both are using the same backend (worker)
