had an irregular length b32 address in deny list. removed it, tunnel was able to start.

also, re translation report, getting the total string count from the uncompiled en po file is probably a "good idea".

that way anything that has less or more strings than the english template can be flagged accordingly. and why not count the strings in the po files for uncompiled resources so we have a better idea of untranslated strings in those resources? otherwise a tick can be misleading.
