maybe in future we'll strip any tracking parameters and tracking images from the html, download the images once, and base64 encode them in the e-mail. but not today :)

ok, next susimail html message feature just about to land on /dev/ .. if not displaying blocked images in message (default behavior), the message will display a count of blocked images.
