yes. i found an i2psnark standalone and got it working with i2pd
yin846
according to the i2p website it says "When a router is placed into hidden mode, three key things change about it's behavior. It will no longer publish a routerInfo to the NetDB, it will no longer accept participating tunnels, and it will reject direct connections to routers in the same country that it is in."
yin846
does i2pd's hidden mode do all of these things?
yin846
i run one of my i2p routers in hidden mode and i wanted to know if connections to the same country were rejected
Xeha
HiddenMode is ment for countries where you can go to jail just for running it.
orignal
there is no hidden mode in i2pd for the reason
orignal
to now confuse people
orignal
*not
orignal
because people believe it's a hidden mode but actually it's not
orignal
that's even worse
Xeha
AFAIK, reseeding is still done over clearnet if you turn hiddemode on @ java-i2p
