I've found the commits but nothing in the CI or artifacts to suggest a built package.

zzz: Update: I did it, and it works. Your fix basically fixed everything. Updated my 2 Windows systems and all is as well and functional as it used to be! Thank you. Without this I was paralyzed from being able to do anything on the network.

you don't need to unzip an i2pupdate.zip yourself, just put the file in the dir and restart, it will unzip it for you

I'll be honest, the nodes affected by this bug - in my experience - are so crippled that I'd do an out of band hotfix release.

yeah it's weird because the people that are hit by it are hit bad but it doesn't seem to be too many

My bandwidth and allocation are pretty high and my internet connection is very good but I AM firewalled.

orignal, FYI stormycloud is now running ~30 routers on our dev build with NTCP2 PQ support. Please keep an eye out for any issues
