zzz: The streaming:2.8.0 artifiact in maven doesn't contain the I2PSocketManager interface. Downgrading to 2.7.0 which has it.

There appears to be a combination of things happening, the archive format they expect changed, and the WebUI I used to use has been sunsetted along with the repository it interfaced with. I have moved us to the new WebUI, now I will figure out the archive format and see if a new upload works.

currently it appears to me that the weakest link is Plus since it is not stable it is bringing down tunnels for those running the stablized Canon and i2pd when Plus is a hop in a tunnel

snex, most people are doing fine, and the network-wide stats look pretty good. There is a post on i2pforum where one person is reporting issues, if you'd like to comment there

New 2.11.0 archives have been uploaded to mavenCentral, webUI shows "Publishing" so I expect we have to wait a little while before they become available
