worked all day yesterday on debian, making good progress

Excellent :) I broke structured logging across my whole router a couple days ago(but for good reason, the new API is better) so today I'm fixing everything that uses it

Yeah I have a logger package that makes a couple minor changes to a widely-used Go structured logging package(logrus) and before it required mixing part of it's own API with logrus, I just made it uniform

the debian/ build will now be for trixie only, and we won't use it in our launchpad builds, because there's no jetty 12 in any ubuntu yet
