I have to say something broke in 2.1.0. Torrent performance and connectivity is very bad. It's hanging on by a thread and doesn't work most of the time. Speaking as I run tens of torrents and have been otherwise seeing steady activity for about two years now since I started the practice. Either there's some kinda attack going on on torrent traffic specifically or it's the new version. But it's bad.
