Changelogs are pushed as of a couple minutes ago, I'll have the launchpad builds copied over to the deb repo by 10 or so, will announce it when I do, ack I can see the gitea resets here so I will debug

Most of Debian/Ubuntu is updated, issues with bionic and focal left to resolve but it's patch file issues, so you're good to check things in on master if you want
