go-i2p's advanced a little more today, as a product of me fighting with the NTCP2 handshake, go-i2p can now generate our own RI's and the associated instead of using keys borrowed from an existing I2P installation, which along with having a testnet feels like I might have a fighting chance at moving this project forward soon

There's an outside chance but it got so noisy trying to test it on the live net at this phase that I moved all my testing onto a small testnet over the past week

But maybe in the next month or so I might be able to transport I2NP messages, I needed to get all the key-generation parts filled in right in order to work out how to do the obfuscation with the static key step of the NTCP2 handshake so that's how I got here

Yeah since then other operators have migrated to the new reseed-tools but I'm still waiting to hear back from diva about their implementation

I'll put an email together today then, all the upgrade paths for reseed-tools are ready so everybody who uses that can upgrade, and I think that covers everybody but R4SAS and Diva
