2.5.0-3 dev build is up, it disables the troublesome Sybil IP checks, and does a one-time-delete of your sybil blocklist file, which should get you back on your feet. This code is roughly equivalent to the advice that eyedeekay put up on Reddit for manual sybil disable. If you did that already, -3 won't help you any more than that.
