eyedeekay: I created a new branch on my git.idk.i2p i2p.i2p repository of my work in progress.

It's not there exactly for a merge request right now, but more to give you and anybody else who's interested an idea of what I'd like to submit.

Aside from some issues I've fixed with stat collection, it's mostly related to the segmented netdb changes (as well as a few other cats and dogs).

I still have one thing left on the segmented netdb to fix. I think I've got a way to fix it, but just haven't coded it up yet.
