weird error trying to pin down, zzz. in brief, on some routers susidns subscriptions aren't updating, and a manual attempt to update reports that the http proxy tunnel isn't open when it is.

this appeared in the logs when attempting to stop and start http proxy tunnel: WARN […Jetty-14651] …lControllerGroup: After releasing session [-xxx] [I2P HTTP Proxy(CLOSED)]: by [Tunnel Controller: httpclient] I2P HTTP Proxyfor net.i2p.i2ptunnel.I2PTunnel@45b37dc0 STOPPING, no owners were even known?!
