ok, this is starting to annoy me. router is not firewalled, ntcp remains unfirewalled, ssu sporadically changes from unfirewalled to handled by introducers, traffic bombs as a result. all the while, router indicates status: ok in the sidebar.

sometimes forcing a soft restart by disabled/re-enabling udp can fix the issue, othertimes it persists.

net.i2p.router.transport.udp is overbroad, but probably a good place to start.

zzz: if the router is configured as "always use this ip, I'm not firewalled", shouldn't it go the extra distance to avoid introducers? and if it's using introducers, then the router status should reflect that in the sidebar, no?
