What do you mean by 'during the specific periods'? How does re-registering work exactly, I'm a bit interested in this. Never really thought about the process much but and will try to find any conflicts that might be interesting using

porta I ran some quick commands but didn't see anything out of the ordinary.If anything reg.i2p/export/hosts-all.txt seems to have good addresses, and compares really well to notbob and inr.
