hello? i am trying to improve my speeds in the newtwork upload/download

i have increased the bandwith from the default to the next level 'O' but i only see an increase on traffic data, not upload/download

Unfortunately i cannot increase it or mantain that level too much, but i would like to increase the 'efficiency' of my transfers to the newtork
