ok, new config option in the latest + build. router.throttleFactor

set a value as a float eg 4.0 to determine how many connections/m above the previous minute's count before the throttler kicks in.

so 4.0 would allow 4 times the previous minutes count before throttling.

default is now 3.0, and as of the latest build, the throttler won't activate until your connection count is @ 2/3 of the limit, per transport.

Connection limits are a funny thing. You don't want to be at 100% usage all the time.

sure, not_bob_afk2, you don't necessarily want to hit max all the time, but neither you do want to artificially limit your router's capacity.
