dr|z3d I've got some other recommendations for performance on ubuntu. first off is the xanmod kernel which will in turn make the bbr2 congestion control algorithm available. and I'll paste an /etc/sysctl.conf file that's been optimized for i2p routers.

dr|z3d otherwise, the performance issues you won't notice, but your router should. maybe over time you'll see differences in the router graphs.

dr|z3d if you're doing other things on the box, you know, GUI stuff, it should feel more responsive. but a lot of stuff is low level, not blatantly obvious differences.

dr|z3d ok, if you're running a release build of I2P+ with updates on the release path, you'll see a new release available. if you're on the /dev/ update url, business as usual.

dr|z3d for some users this may fix intermittent job lag spikes.
