i want to explore it more, i started going to therapy recently, and the therapist said hell help me get good at socializing

he said think of someone whos scared of water, first youll dip there feet in the pool, then go to the waist line, and then eventually they can go underwater and do laps around the pool

so he said first ill practice socializing with him, and hell correct me whenever i say something off putting or something like that, and then hell give me homework to start going out

yea even the stuff i told the therapist, he says he thinks i might potentially be on the schizophrenic spectrum

and he says its understandable considering the way i grew up, which is very important for the development of a person

like he thought for a second i might have high functoining autism, but he says thats not possible considering how long ive made it in the military let alone being able to survive in another country, he said an autistic person couldnt do that

yea ive built up the courage a while ago to go to a club, and i made friends with 3 guys there who say im a good guy, and i plan later in the future to hang out with them in clubs and stuff
